Natalie has particular interest and expertise in supporting adults with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, perinatal issues, and simple and complex trauma. She also has a specialty within cancer, where she works concurrently alongside private practice.
Adopting a client-centred approach, she integrates evidence-based models to provide tailored treatment for each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Relational Psychotherapy, Gottman Relationship Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
